A THRIVING COMMUNITY THAT’S MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Building a stronger, more connected community

People often pass by our beautiful home, unaware of the vibrant life unfolding beyond the wrought iron gates. But step inside and you’ll find something special.

We’re not only here for our residents, tenants, and team – we’re proud to be a good friend and neighbour to the wider community. From supporting local partnerships to opening our doors for special events, we believe in the power of connection and community spirit.

Proud to be part of Reigate & Banstead

We’re active across the local area – visiting schools, hosting MPs and councillors, and working alongside brilliant partners such as the Banstead Veterans Hub, Surrey Care Association, and RNA Purley.

Our team and residents regularly take part in outreach – from sharing stories with schoolchildren to building relationships with fellow care professionals and local leaders. These moments matter. They help forge friendships, strengthen understanding, and remind us that our roots run deep.

Whether you’re a local resident, school, organisation, or volunteer group – we’d love to hear from you.

Welcoming friends & neighbours in

We don’t just step out – we open up. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events where friends, families, and neighbours are warmly welcomed.

From summer parties and BBQs to our popular Open Gardens, seasonal fairs, Christmas Lights Switch-On, and the monthly Memory Café – there’s always something happening. It’s all about connection, celebration, and opening our gates with a smile.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page for dates and invitations.

“Thank you, Belvedere House, for opening your doors to the local community and supporting Jenny and I to deliver the Memory Café. It’s so important for people with memory loss and their families to have a safe environment where they feel supported and looked after.”

Sue, Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Partnership

It was a pleasure to welcome the trustees of Age Concern Banstead to our training room last week for their strategic planning day.

We’re always happy to support local organisations doing such important work in our community, and it’s great to see the space being used for collaboration, reflection, and forward planning.

Thank you for choosing to spend the day with us – we hope the discussions were productive and inspiring.
