Our Home Modernisation

Our nursing care home Belvedere House, together with our sheltered flats, is situated in the idyllic grounds of the Weston Acres Estate, near Banstead, Surrey which sits on 14 acre of beautiful greenbelt Surrey countryside.

Our extensive modernisation programme has seen the development of 68 large rooms, all with ensuite wet rooms. We also have a number of bathrooms with appropriate aids for those who need them.

All rooms are fully furnished, bright and freshly decorated.

We know being able to add your own touches to your living space is very comforting, so we are happy for residents to bring their own possessions and items of furniture this is considered based on space available and subject to the Manager’s agreement.

In addition to the previously existing two lounges, the Home now also features a superb brand-new lounge overlooking the beautifully landscaped North Field.

As part of the modernisation, a sensory room and larger activities room have been built for residents with specialised dementia care.

We have a team of more than 100 dedicated staff who create a caring, comfortable environment for all our residents.
